Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During sales, festive periods, or new launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe delivery.
Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days for most locations in India.
International delivery (if applicable): 10–15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
3. Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹X,XXX.
Standard shipping charges apply for orders below this value and will be shown at checkout.
International orders may include additional customs duties, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
You can track your package on our courier partner’s website.
5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure the shipping address is correct while placing the order.
In case of an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us. Reshipping will require an additional fee.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
In case of lost shipments, we will assist you with a replacement or refund (after courier investigation).
