1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Customized, engraved, or sale items are not eligible for return/refund.

with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the product back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange for the same product, please email us.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
